India
Kaohsiung captivated me with its blend of hipster cafes, river- and harbor-side parks, cultural sites, and vibrant street art.
My journey to Taiwan was inspired by my friends who were already studying at National Taiwan University. Their experiences influenced my decision, and I felt encouraged to join them in Taiwan. Taiwan, for me, is the heart of Asia, a place that complements my past experiences and education.
Kaohsiung captivated me with its blend of hipster cafes, river- and harbor-side parks, cultural sites, and vibrant street art. It’s why I chose to continue my studies here. This city embodies a perfect mix of beauty and culture, making it an ideal location for my future studies.
I enrolled in CSU, majoring in business administration, which ties directly to my family’s background in business and banking. This subject has been a part of my life since childhood, fostering my dream of becoming an international manager. My studies here are a significant step towards achieving this dream, merging my personal interest with formal education.
One of my greatest achievements in Taiwan has been immersing myself in the local culture, language, lifestyle, and people. Initially, homesickness was a challenge, but the warmth and friendliness of Taiwanese people helped me overcome it. Now, Taiwan feels like a second home.
Outside of academics, I indulge in the arts. I organize outdoor arts and paint events with friends, sharing our artwork and teaching art to those interested. This has been a fulfilling way to spend my time and share my passions.
Studying in Taiwan offers a unique advantage for my future career. The knowledge gained from professional teachers here will be invaluable back home in India. I aspire to work in the Department of Business Administration or even teach, as educating others is one of my passions.
I believe Taiwan is a versatile country, offering abundant opportunities for people of various fields and ages. Its educational environment is conducive to learning, with a conceptual-centric teaching approach and access to knowledge from renowned professors.
My future plans include staying in Taiwan to complete my higher education up to a master’s or Ph.D. level. The education here, distinct from my home country, will open better employment opportunities and allow me to explore new cultures and meet diverse people. Taiwan’s advanced teaching methodologies and well-equipped facilities make it an excellent place for international education.
